  1. Check in at the reception immediately on arrival. At the same time hand over your Camping Key Europe *. At check-in, you will receive your toll card so that you can drive in to the cottage / campsite. Groups are reported by the group leader. Notify immediately when registering if you have extra tents with you.
  2. It is only allowed with One car per campsite / cottage inside the barriers. Temporary visitors and extra cars are asked to park in the car park above the reception. Camping hosts have the right to charge a fee from temporary visitors.
  3. Camping hosts and other staff are responsible for peace and order, and help if problems arise.
  4. Remember that we have a shortage of water on Öland! Remember to save water by, for example, taking shorter showers, only running with full washing machines and not washing dishes under running water.
  5. All tent equipment of normal type and size may be used. However, it is not permitted to set up so-called tent houses of a permanent nature. Caravans must be registered for use in motor vehicles.
  6. Own fixed devices for tents or caravans, for example own shower devices, protective dikes and more, are not permitted. Ask if you are in doubt about what you have the right to do. Make sure that LPG and electrical equipment are tested and approved in accordance with current regulations.
  7. Do not disturb the tranquility of the campsite with a motor vehicle more than absolutely necessary. Drive at walking speed and as short distances as possible.
  8. A general rule at campsites is to show consideration. Disruptive behavior is not allowed. Between 23:00 and 07:00 it should be quiet at the campsite.
  9. Help the children find places that are suitable for play and ball games. In most places there are special playgrounds and ball fields prepared. Throwing or kicking a ball among the tents and caravans / cottages is not allowed.
  10. Dog owners are asked to show the greatest possible consideration for other guests. Keep the dog on a short leash and rest it in a designated place or outside the area.
  11. Sales at and within the campsite may only take place with the permission of the camping host.
  12. Help us keep the campsite clean and litter-free. Use the bins located in the area. Remember not to throw incandescent charcoal or other flammable objects in our bins.
  13. Leave the common areas (toilets, laundry and shower rooms, kitchen and counter) in the same condition as you want to find them.
  14. Departure. Unless otherwise agreed with the reception, the camping site must be vacated and cleaned before 14.00 on the day of departure. This with regard to new guests. We are grateful for information about the day of departure well in advance, especially during the high season. The cabins must be vacated and cleaned no later than 11.00.
  15. The campsite owner or staff is not responsible for damage to or loss of the camping guests’ belongings. Anyone who damages buildings, materials or guests’ property can be held liable for compensation.
  16. We assume that all camping guests take each other into account and are helped to keep order. Staff have a duty to act in cases where a guest does not respect these rules of procedure.
  17. Be careful of nature – it needs your protection.

People who do not follow the rules of procedure may be expelled from the area without a refund and deprived of their camping card.
