Booking terms Dance Week

For bookings during Dance Week, certain additions and changes apply to our booking terms.

• The person who makes the booking is the one who must check in to the accommodation. This is verified with a camping card or camping ID together with photo identification for camping pitches. For cabins, photo identification alone applies.
• We do not accept group bookings under a single name. Every booking is made personally by the guest who will be staying. It is still possible to reserve a number of pitches that are then booked individually by each guest.
• Shortening a booking incurs a rebooking fee of 150 SEK. A booking cannot be shortened after the due date for the final payment has passed.
• Subletting is not permitted. If subletting is discovered, you forfeit your right to rebook and may be charged additional camping or cabin rent on top of the normal nightly rate.
• No more people may stay in a cabin than there are beds for — four people in a four-bed cabin and six people in a six-bed cabin.
• A camping pitch may only accommodate four adults or one family. Anyone beyond the permitted number must check in as an extra person and pay the corresponding fee.
• A parking permit showing the car's registration number is issued at check-in. Only one permit is issued per pitch or cabin.

Payment and cancellation

Our standard payment terms apply to Dance Week bookings, with the following exceptions:

• The deposit of 10 per cent is due no later than 31 October.
• The final payment, the remaining 90 per cent, is due no later than 30 April.

If you book after 21 November, the deposit is due within 10 days of making your booking. Until the deposit has been paid you are free to cancel your stay.
