Rebooking Dance Week

We always offer priority to rebook the same camping pitch or cabin you had during Dance Week for the following year.

You rebook your accommodation easily using the form below. This year rebooking is open from 3 July up to and including 15 August.

What applies when rebooking

• Only the person named on the 2026 booking is able to rebook. The booking can afterwards be transferred to someone else if you do not wish to remain the named guest.
• Priority applies only if you had six nights or more booked in 2026. For the Berget area, priority applies from four nights or more.
• You can only rebook the same pitch or cabin you had this year. The rebooking form cannot be used to register interest in changing to a different one.
• Priority does not apply to temporary pitches, extra pitches or pitches normally rented out for the season.
• We do not send out emails. Information about rebooking is published here on our website and on Dansveckan Lundegård on Facebook.
• Rebooking can only be done through the form we publish on this page. The form is available from 3 July up to and including 15 August. Rebooking cannot be done by telephone or at reception.
• Priority to rebook is an offer to our guests. The pitch or cabin is not rebooked automatically. If we receive no rebooking, no booking is made for that pitch or cabin.
• Once you have filled in and submitted the form, a confirmation that we have received your rebooking is sent to your email. The invoice and booking confirmation are sent out later in August or September.

In 2027, Dance Week runs from 3 to 10 July.
