Activities
We have our well-visited and fresh pool, indoor padel courts, Bike Park, mini golf, jumping pillow and a number of playgrounds on the campsite. During high season we have Yoga with Satnam Yoga below the pool area.
Cancellation protection
Cancellation protection can only be purchased at the time of booking. It comes into effect when the final payment is paid, i.e. 40 days before arrival. NOTE, for Dance Week v 27, cancellation protection applies from 30/4. This gives you your money back (with a deduction for cancellation protection and 10% of the booking cost). Cancellation policy
Cancellations can be made free of charge until the registration fee/down payment has been paid. If you cancel after the registration fee has been paid, the registration fee will not be refunded. Once the final payment has been paid, there will be no refund without cancellation protection. If you have purchased cancellation protection, you can cancel up to 10 days before arrival and get your money back with a deduction for cancellation protection and 10% of the booking cost. If you wish to shorten your booking between paying the registration fee and the final payment, a rebooking fee of SEK 150 will be charged. After the final payment has been paid, it is not possible to shorten the booking. Read more under Cancellation Protection and Payment.
Cot / High chair
You can rent a cot, high chair or extra mattress when you stay in a cottage with us. Please let us know when booking to guarantee availability. You can also ask at the reception on site.
Sauna
The campsite has a wood-fired sauna with its own jetty. The sauna can be rented for two hours at a time for 400 SEK. Book your appointment at the reception. The key is collected half an hour before the agreed time so that you can heat the sauna yourself. The key is returned no later than half an hour after the agreed time.
Free sauna is available during high season in the service building in the holiday village, open 5-9 pm.
Payment
When booking by email or phone, a booking fee of 100 SEK will be added, and we will send you an invoice by email. The registration fee of 15% of the rental amount must be paid within 10 days. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 40 days before arrival. When booking less than 60 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid within 10 days. NOTE, other booking rules regarding Dansbandsveckan, see the 'Dansveckan' tab.
Camping Key Europe
When checking in, our camping guests (not cottage guests) need a valid Camping ID or Camping Key Europe. Having this ready will make check-in faster and smoother. Camping Key Europe is available for purchase via our website under the ‘Camping’ tab. You can download the Camping ID in the My Camping Key app.
Please note that this only applies to bookings for camping sites, so our cottage guests do not need a Camping Key Europe.
Bike Rental
We have a limited number of bicycles for rent at reception. 200 SEK per day, 1,100 SEK for 6 days and 1,200 SEK for 1 week.
Electrical outlet
At most of our locations you will need a transition adapter to be able to plug in the electrical cabinet. Available for purchase at reception for 240 SEK.
Electric car charging
We have charging stations for electric cars located between the bakery and the padel hall. You can pay with the app (EpSpot) or Swish. Instructions for charging and payment are inside the door of the charging post. It is prohibited to charge electric cars from the cabins or the electricity posts at the campsites (fine 500 SEK).
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is after 3:00 PM. If you wish to check in after 11:00 PM, please let us know.
Check-out of cabins must be done no later than 11:00 AM at the reception. The cabin must be cleaned according to the instructions in the cabin. The cabin host does not need to check the cabin before departure. Uncleaned cabins will be charged 2,000 SEK. Final cleaning can be purchased no later than one day before departure, from 1,295 SEK.
Check-out of camping sites is no later than 2:00 PM.
Parking
One car per campsite or cabin is allowed in the area, subject to space availability. Free parking is available above reception for visitors and extra cars.
Reception
The reception is open between 7am and 11pm during high season. During low season, opening hours may vary, see the website or notices at the reception. The reception has tourist information, bus schedules, adapters, TV cable, etc. You can always contact the reception if you need help with anything.
Wifi
The area has free Wifi via Telia. To connect, you connect to the Telia Wifi network. If you are a Telia customer, you can log in with your username and password, if not, you can choose to register instead. Then follow the instructions - accept the terms and conditions and enter your email address. You can use the same email address for multiple devices. When you are finished, you may need to click on "go to offers/see offers" until it says "ready" or similar in the top corner (if it says "cancel" instead, you will lose the connection). Then everything is ready and you are connected to Telia Wifi!
