Modern, tidy and ideally situated in a holiday village next to the camping grounds. (Approx 1 kilometre by car to the camping, 600 metres on foot along the beach.)
The cottage is next to the sea with a view over the Kalmar Strait, the bay at Köpingsvik and Borgholm castle. During the winter of 2011, the cottage´s interior was completely refurbished. New kitchen and bathroom. New beds, new dining area, new sitting area. Floors, walls and ceilings have been renovated. The cottage exterior has been re-painted.

approx 65 sqm, six beds. Three bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds and one bunk bed, pillows & duvets available). A large room with sofa, fire place and TV. Kitchen with dining area.
Fridge/freezer, cooker/oven and sink. Kitchen utensils, i.e. pots, pans, cutlery & china etc. Bathroom, shower, toilet.

Beach:
150 metres to the Kalmar Strait, sandy beach. 600 metres to the camping, where you are always welcome.
